tanker body structure: 

the tanker body and anti-wave plate are adopted finite element analysis, the tanker has a lighter weight and stronger strength and rigid after optimization design according to analysis result. the design standard is referring gb18564.1-2006 and other national standards, the suction of the body is oval or oblong, the clapboard and washboard inside the tanker body can enhance strength and improve the driving stability.  the washboard is designed to a dish structure with a front bulge, it can spread the impact wave resulted from flow liquid all around effectively, which can decrease the partial stress of washboard and protect the tanker body.

special purpose equipments: 

the tanker jointed board is welded with 9.5m automatic tailor-welding machine, all the longitudinal welding joints are finished on the felt-board machine, which can decrease welding joints as soon as possible and keep the weld forming beautiful and smooth. special tooling fixtures are used to weld tanker circular welding joints, the tanker body adopts automatic protection welding machine , position changing machine, chain turnover , wheel rolls, these special equipments' application ensures the whole tanker's quality.    

frame features: 

the frame structure is full bearing. this type frame makes full use of the tanker self-loading with a l-shape steel structure, which can avoid welding deformation and decrease self-weight, at the same time, the travelling mechanism and tanker body are assembly type, it is convenient for the maintenance and reparation.
